This document explains what your participation in an Apex Lab measurement involves. Please read it carefully before giving your consent.
Apex Lab collects and analyzes physiological data from Garmin wearable devices and work calendar information to provide insights into the relationship between work patterns and health. The goal is to help you understand how your work affects your stress, recovery, sleep, and overall energy.
Physiological data is captured through a Garmin wearable device connected to the Labfront research platform. Data collection is passive and automatic — you simply wear the device as normal. Calendar data is provided by you as an ICS file export.
Your individual data is confidential and will not be shared with your employer, manager, or colleagues. If you are participating through an organization, only anonymized aggregate-level insights are shared — never individual data. For full details, see our Privacyverklaring.
Data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). All data transfers are encrypted using TLS. Access is restricted to authenticated personnel only.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time, for any reason, without penalty or consequence. If you withdraw, your data will be deleted upon request.
